It is the open, outward-facing ally organization: the engine of community building and fundraising that serves the whole Mari Kokebe world without ever being a lodge. No initiation. No Merit. No fraternity gate. Just organized neighbors, building and resourcing the work.
Anyone may stand with the alliance — members, Crew, even friends who never touch the ladder. It is where the community's outward labor lives.

AbayFausa members gather the people — teach-ins, mutual-aid drives, neighborhood builds, cultural nights. Chiefs may host unlimited events; Stewards host freely; Builders co-host under a Steward. Every hosted event is logged and mints $UN — unity is the alliance's native yield.
The alliance raises money for the community fund — for the newspaper, the university, the land work, the mutual aid. Whoever sources the funds keeps 10%; the other 90% builds the community. It is honest incentive for honest labor: the more you bring in for the people, the more you are provisioned.
A service ladder, not a sovereignty ladder. You rise by building and by resourcing — never by buying. Hosting rights unlock at Steward; unlimited hosting is the mark of a Chief.
