Self-hosted, by principle. The platform runs on its own hosting. There is no advertising network, no tracker marketplace, no sale of member information — the record is not a product.
What the record keeps. In this static edition, your account, standing (rank, coins, courses, seals), and what you save live in your own browser’s local ledger — nothing leaves your device. The dynamic edition additionally keeps server-side account and wallet records, plus short-lived technical logs (sign-in attempts, rate limits) that protect the doors and age out.
What you control. Clearing your browser’s site data strikes the local record entirely — no hold, no copy. On the dynamic edition, deactivation and deletion are self-serve from Settings; deletion holds 30 days and then the mark is struck.
Email. The static edition sends no email at all. The dynamic edition sends transactional letters only: confirmation links, key resets. No marketing list, ever.
The fraternity. The Märi Kokäb layer is private by architecture — in the dynamic edition by server-side permission checks, never hidden URLs; in every edition, by being app-only.
