1. The record. The Mari Kokebe is a non-profit educational platform of the record: a newspaper, a history wing, a repository, a university, and a community. Registration is Tier 0 — standing on the ladder, not a newsletter checkbox.
2. Your word. What you speak inside the tribes enters the record under your name. Voice is earned, then spent. No slurs, no incitement, no fraud; the record-keepers may remove what breaks the peace of the house.
3. The public record. The newspaper and the exhibits are read-and-act, not read-and-argue: there are no comments on the public record, ever. Discussion lives inside the tribes.
4. Coins and ranks. Coins and ranks are marks of participation inside the house. They are not currency, securities, or property; they are never sold by the house, and platform tokens never convert to fraternity Merit.
5. The fraternity. Märi Kokäb functions are private and permission-gated. Attempting to reach them without standing is a breach of these terms.
6. Your account. In this static edition your standing lives in your own browser’s ledger; clearing site data strikes the local record. The dynamic edition adds self-serve deactivation and deletion with a 30-day hold.
7. Changes. When these terms change, the version mark rises and the change is noted on this page.
