Voice is earned, then spent. Crew can view open tribes. Navigators and above post, spending accrued coins. Comments inside tribes unlock at Cartographer. The ladder is the moderation model: speak from standing you built.
Evidence before outrage. Bring sources. Distinguish primary evidence, consensus, emerging scholarship, oral tradition, and speculation — the house examines, it does not demand unquestioning acceptance.
Keep the peace. No slurs, no harassment, no incitement, no spam, no commerce in the fires. Moderators tend the Agora; the record-keepers hold final word.
The public record is not an argument. There are no comments on the newspaper or the exhibits, ever. Carry the discussion to the tribes.
Reports. Every dispatch and comment can be laid before the moderators from its own menu. Reports are read in order of arrival.
